ReplyDeleteAfter the R3 (YR3) came the R5 which was basically a RD350 without reed valves. There were no R4 s because that is a bad luck number in Japanese culture- So the YR bikes really were the beginning of the Yamaha 2 stroke 'Giant Killers'
