Wheel bearing installation on 1977 Bultaco Pursang 250 Model 192

Replaced the wheel bearings and seal with new items from Hugh's Bultaco in New York.  The trick is to heat the area around the bearing to make removal and replacement easier.  I picked up a new heat gun ($14 on sale from Harbor Freight).  I feel the heat gun is more controllable and safer than using a torch.  Scroll down for photos of the heat gun. 

This is the inexpensive heat gun from Harbor Freight.  The box is below.  I used the high setting.

Excess metal has been removed.  Next step is sand blasting and then powder coating.
