1972 Norton 750 Commando for sale at the Retro Riders Show -- Pasco, Wa.

Seller is asking $9,000.  This bike was People's Choice winner for best British bike.

  1. New to Nortons! Can you tell me why the engine I bought has connecting rods that are aluminum w/ steel rod caps? Is this common on Nortons?

    1. I have never had a Norton apart, but based on my research I understand that this is how the later models were built. I believe the rods were alloy to save weight, but the caps were steel for extra strength.
