    You are still circuting Laguna Seca In my mind as I was there in 1971 for the first AMA Motorcycle race there ever. I was on turn seven at laguna and could not belive how you broke the XR-750 Harley Road Racer loose I was amazed.

    Sorry we lost you too soon. My frends and I still talk about that race which we will never The american flag still flys around that track in my heart. I knwo the road racers from Japan eventually overcame Harley but I tell ya THE SOUND of the XR-750 coming around the track is the most beautiful sound I have ever heard. In short love ya Cal and rest in peace. The ROAD RASH KID AND HIS BUDS, "GOD BLESS AMERICA"!! FOREVER.

    I WAS THERE TO THAT DAY WOW WHAT A TRIP! YEAH CAL WAS FANTASTIC A LEGENG STILL ALONG WITH KENNY ROBERTS GARY FISHER AND OTHER GREAT AT THAT TIME.

    CAL WAS UNBELIVABLE ON THE TURNS I AGREE, CAL WILL ALWAYS BE ONE OF THE GREATEST OF ALL TIME. ALL OF THEM HAD GUTS. THE SIDE CAR KID!!
