Replacement Clutch Cover Case installed on 1977 Bultaco Model 192 Pursang

As I was installing the replacement case I noticed a little problem.  The case is made for a right side shift Pursang.  My Pursang is left side shift.  The right side shift case has a hole for the shifter shaft to poke through.  The solution was to machine a plug on the lathe and press it into the case.  Problem solved!

Replacement case -- installed after fix.

Old case.  The previous owner had run the bik with the primary very loose -- which lead to a hole in the case.

Original case.  Note that it is cast with no shifter shaft hole.

Replacement case with hole for right side shift.

Front and back views with plug pressed in.
