1972 Gemini 80 Mini Bike on display at the 2015 Idaho Vintage Motorcycle Show (previous identified as a Boss 80) -- Caldwell
The Boss is comparable to a Yamaha mini enduro in looks and size. When I say looks the not identical except but basically a clone. If you look in google images you will find a good image.
I used to have one of those. Ran that thing into the ground in the fields around the house. Then took the motor and put it on a Kawasaki 125 frame that had Honda forks. My dad and I called it FrakenBike at that point. Actually raced it a couple of times too. I was about 9 when he picked it up used because it had a flat.
Hello, probably a long shot, but where did you get your Gemini sign... and is yours for sale? I have 15 Gemini mini bikes restored and would love one of these posters or signs. Thank you! 540-649-3000 (cell) in Virginia, Mike G.
Nice Gemini 80 but not a Boss80.
ReplyDeleteI am no expert on Geminis. I was going by the documentation the owner provided. What is the difference between this model and the Boss 80?

ReplyDeleteThanks for the follow-up. I have updated the post with more accurate information.
Any time. That is
ReplyDeletea very nice bike thou. Probably more desirable and worth more than the Boss.

ReplyDeleteIt's not mine, but hopefully a follower will know where one is.
DeleteWhere can I get Gemini boss 80 engine gaskets? Did these have a center case gasket?
