1986 Pulse on display at LeMay "America's Car Museum" -- Tacoma, Wa.
Because there is one drive wheel and one wheel for steering (the two outer wheels are used as outriggers) the Pulse is considered a motorcycle in most states.
is that licensed as a bike or a car?
