ReplyDeleteI had it translated by co-worker. I was a little disappointed in the message. It's the instructions for mixing the fuel/oil ratio (50:1) because it's a 2-stroke.
DeleteThe right side is a name. I assume the name of the soldier who piloted the motorcycle.
I wish it said Scud Missile Combat Unit or something like that.
