Blown Fuse fix on 1982 MZ ETZ250 Iraqi Sidecar Rig
Recently ran into a problem with the MZ. It kept blowing the main fuse within seconds of start-up.
After some trouble shooting (with several helpers) we noticed the voltage regulator was getting hot. A quick check in the service manual showed the gap was out of spec. A quick adjustment with a screwdriver and the problem seems to be solved.
