1979 Laverda 1200 Anniversary model on display at the Piaggio Museum -- Pontedera, Italy.
Special edition to celebrate 30th anniversary of Laverda. Only 200 made, of which 171 went to the Police.
Nice bike. Nice foto's. I had the same model in '86. Put in Jota (180 degrees) camschafts, Jota cilinderhead, open carbs. with bigger jets. It drove easily over 250 km/h. And had a lot of torque. Thanks, a dutch Laverda fan!
