1962 Honda C115 Sport Cub from the Maloney Honda Motorcycle Collection on display at LeMay - America's Car Museum -- Tacoma, Wa.
I have a ‘64 C115 in Vancouver BC white with blue side covers, also with the high handle bars. With winkers I bet yours is from Canada as well.
