Obviously a couple years late, but I'm curious exactly what award this bike won. Is it pretty? Yes. Is it historically correct? No. Tank is all wrong - color, logo, trim color, lettering...
ReplyDeleteIt was a judge's award presented by the IVMC. The club gives out many awards; some for survivors, and some for bikes like this, where can be less interested in a historical correct restoration and give more weight to the effort that went into the restoration.
