I could not stop looking at this bike. At first glance it looks like a first gen. Elsinore with supermoto tires. Look closer and you see all the details. It's water cooled, but still looks like a first gen. Notice how the front downtube splits around the exhaust. Then you see it's got disk brakes. The builder did a great job tucking the radiator and brake reservoir mostly out of site. Just amazing..... one of my favorite builds ever!
VERY EXTRA GREAT
ReplyDeletethe pipe and silencer look good too.
ReplyDeleteI want it to have stock foot pegs, send it back start over penalty deduction.
Good eye. I didn't even notice the modern pegs. But I've been known to be fooled by a wooden foot peg.
Deleteyou wood (get it?) be either the best foot peg guy or the worst,
Deleteno one really knows.
I bought this beautiful machine from the builder and it now resides in the UK. I have fitted the original foot pegs, clutch lever, lever end rubbers and lever dust covers (had to modify the front brake dust cover to suit the master cylinder) and I had the fuel tank aluminium plated as the paintwork got damaged in shipping. It is an absolutely amazing bike. Eric did a fantastic job building this beast!
