A Blog about Motorcycles. Also at www.OldMotoDude.Com, on the OldMotoDude YouTube channel, and Pinterest.
The motorcycles are mostly vintage, but really anything that catches my eye. 99.99% of the content on this blog is original material. Comments are always welcome. Use the search bar... you never know what you might find.
I have a R65 (1983), painted this same blue (originally black). I have only ridden it this year (2012) having had a break from motorcycling for 20 years and when I decided to get my full licence and a bike the R65 was my choice. I went through many other posible choices, but wanted a bike, not a racer or a traily, or a cruiser. The R65 fulfilled all my expectations and I have no gripes about it, love it, an experience to ride but sophisticated beyond something like the Royal Enfield Bullet, yet vintage enough in every aspect.

ReplyDeleteI checked out your Blog. That is a very clean R65 you have. Nice choice for getting back into riding.
