A Blog about Motorcycles. Also at www.OldMotoDude.Com, on the OldMotoDude YouTube channel, and Pinterest.
The motorcycles are mostly vintage, but really anything that catches my eye. 99.99% of the content on this blog is original material. Comments are always welcome. Use the search bar... you never know what you might find.
Very cool. I was a Tyran dealer in Wisconsin back in 1974 and sold only one 125 Tyran. The brand did not catch on around here. I had been aware that they were coming out with larger displacements but we dropped them before receiving any.
I HAD A TYRAN 400 WHICH I BROUGHT AT AUCTION AT THE SOUTHPOINT HOTEL IN LAS VEGAS. I BROUGHT IT TO IRVINE HUSQVARNA TO A PERSON NAMED GEORGE WHO SAID HE COULD GET IT RUNNING. HE CLOSED HIS SHOP AND I NEVER GOT MY BIKE BACK. ANYONE HEAR OF HIM?? THIEF..
