1977 Bultaco 250 MK10 Pursang Model 192 -- No spark... the work commences!

No spark.  The Motoplat ignition (above) and coil shown below , and flywheel are coming off and will be shipped to Mobley's Bultaco for testing.  Results to follow.

Flywheel with puller purchased from Hugh's Bultaco.  Always use the correct size puller.  They're relatively cheap and won't damage the ignition parts the way an automotive fylwheel puller will.

1977 Bultaco 250 Pursang MK10 Model 192 Project Bike

Picked this up recently.  The price was right but it needs work.  I'm looking for good sources on  Bultaco parts.  If anyone has parts sources or can point me to Bultaco experts feel free to comment.

Need to replace carb boot.

Seat is in bad shape.  Needs padding and a cover... or just a new seat.

Tank with complimentary bird poop. I will be testing for leaks.

Missing kick start lever.

Missing Pipe Hanger.  Also note that shock is mounted upside down.

Original Spanish Pirelli still on bike.

1980 XS650 Valve Cover and Points Cover Cleanup

Replacement Points Cover from Mike's XS.   Also replaced the Valve Cover nuts.

Original Points Cover.

Valve Covers after running through the ultra sonic cleaner, a light sanding with 400 grit sandpaper, rubbing with steel wool, and then hand polishing with metal polish.  I could have gotten a much shinier look with a polish wheel, but for now I just wanted to remove the corrosion.

I spotted this Kawasaki 90 at an auto parts swap meet.  The seller was asking $450.  The bike ran fine, but had no title.
