1969 Honda CL350 sold for $2,000 at the 2017 Mecum Las Vegas Motorcycle Auction
Loads of old CL 350's coming into Britain at the moment, (hung my nose over a '71 in Arizona last October when I was on vacation) what's the crack with spares? Can you get stuff to keep them running? They were never officially imported into Britain so although I fancy one I'm a little sceptical about parting with some hard - earned....."
Lots of parts available for the Honda 350 twins. The first generation CB, CL and SL shared many of the same parts. The only original parts that are really hard to find are exhaust and pleated air filters (which is pretty much the case was all late 60s Hondas) Lots of "go fast" stuff available as well. The 350 is a popular platform for vintage road racing in the U.S. My dad used to desert race Honda 350s and actually trophied in the 350 class at the 1968 Elsinore Grand Prix on a CL. So I am a little biased when it comes to these bikes. They also a pretty basic design so good luck if you decide to pull the trigger on one. I don't think you'll be disappointed.
